Today’s trippy episode starts with with dreams. Dream Syndicate is here with the new album. Then Matthew and Doris Melton are Living The Dream again with Dream Machine. Shivas are back with another new single. Our good friends from Australia City of Cool are back with brand new record, but for the firs time, they perform under their given names, David Craven & Jon S Williams and the band name seems to be retired. Big Hogg from Glasgow have a new trippy single as well. Kikagaku Moyo is a five piece from Japan and we feature them for the firs time. Tommy and The Ohs is a project for Thomas Oliverio and Pretty Lightning is the new band from Germany.

Trippy show today with two Canadian bands: Possum from Toronto and Elevator To Hell from New Brunswick. Two tributes, one to Roky Erickson and the other one to Bubble Puppy. In particular, we hear the new version of Don’t Fall Down by Black Angels and Hot Smoke and Sassafras by Deniz Tek and newly reformed Rittenhouse Square, featuring Mitch Easter, Peter Holsapple, Will Rigby, Chris Stamey and Don Dixon. We also introduce Fuzzy Lights from UK, Ribbons of Euphoria from Greece and hear new music from La Luz and The Shivas. We end the show with an obit to Sarajevo musician and master of ceremonies Zvonimir Altarac ÄŒičak who passed away in March this year.

The Shivas

LA band Flat Worms opens today with a song from their new album. The Shivas from Portland OR follow up with their own new song. Indian Goat has a new record and so does Bubblegum Lemonade from Scotland. Barrence Whitfield got together a new band as a rock’n’roll tribute to Sun Ra. New Madness from Berlin Germany is the new name. Over in whatever is left of Yugoslavia, we have Punčke from Vinkovci and KBO! from Kragujevac with new singles. Australian singer-songwriters Liz Stringer,  Jen Cloher and Mia Dyson formed a new trio simply calling it Dyson Stringer Cloher. Beyondeers are live in Cleveland.
