One of the most interesting rock musicians that showed up on the scene in the past few years is David Nance from Nebraska. Billy Childish is active but not as active as Daniel Romano, who is here again with yet another project called Spider Bites. Melvins have a new single and it’s a peculiar tribute to Beach Boys. Twenty years ago, on a Saturday morning of January 14th 2001, I walked into KLSU studio and broadcasted the very first Little Lighthouse over the radio. Soon after that, I had an idea to put mp3 recordings of the show on my website and basically created the first podcast in the world (maybe?!). Twenty years later, I still do this weekly, delighting a negligible amount of listeners.
