The Toxics

Topic today is recent garage rock scene around the globe. We first check in with Thee Isolators from Buffalo New York. Then we have Strange Attractor from Canada. Over in Oxford Mississippi, we hear a title song from Tyler Keith’s new album. Graham Winchester from Memphis has a new tune. Another fertile rock’n’roll ground, Detroit has sprung Popular Creeps with new album out on Big Stir Records. In UK, from London, Jack Cades are back with the new single. Also in UK, we have Liquorice Experiment. We also check out Optic Nerve, a band that was around since the mid 80s but remained virtually unknown until recently. They recorded a very nice album back in 2005 and it finally sees the light of day these days. Today’s show is dedicated to Jerry Lee Lewis who passed away recently.
