Hedvig Mollestad

Today we have an interesting show, full of new experimental tunes mostly inspired by the new Levitation festival releases by Dead Meadow and Osees. Following that block we check out the new music from City of Cool and Mythic Sunship who may as well have been on Levitation line up. Warm Drag has a new single and we also check out new releases from Hedvig Mollestad Trio and Writhing Squares. We also introduce a young guitar player from Austing TX, Ally Venable who has a very interesting new tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughan. Although she could have titled it as a tribute to Jimi Hendrix and it would still work well, if not better given the experimental feel of the piece.

Dead Meadow – Rains in the Desert;
Osees – Chem Farmer Nite Expo;
City of Cool – Festival Time;
Mythic Sunship – Olympia;
